PetHut current products are designed primarily for cats and small to medium dogs, depending on the product. Specific size and weight recommendations are listed on each product page.
Assembly & Care
Yes, minimal assembly is required. All PetHut products come with clear instructions and necessary hardware, designed to be simple and straightforward.
Regular dusting and gentle cleaning with a damp cloth are recommended. Avoid harsh chemicals to preserve the finish and integrity of the materials. Mattress covers are removable and machine washable to keep your PetHut clean inside and out.

Returns & Support
We want you and your pet to love your PetHut. Because we offer free shipping on all orders and our furniture is large and carefully packaged, we do not accept returns for change of mind or fit.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. Our team will review and work with you to make it right.
