Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment. Large or oversized items may require additional transit time.
Packaging & Care
Our furniture is carefully packaged to protect it during transit. Because of the size and nature of our products—and because shipping is free—we do not accept returns for change of mind or fit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. Our support team will review your request and work with you to make it right.
